food was good, property was generally clean.

As 5 star property I was disappointed with the nickle and diming I experienced there. Specifically I was charged a fee for a stain on my bedsheets. I have stayed at many 5 star properties and this is the first time I have ever been charged for any stains on bedsheets or any other linens. At the price they are charging for a room, to have this sort of fee assessed is unfathomable. Unfortunately this put a sour taste in my mouth, I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I am in Pattaya.

The beautiful artistic architecture alone made you wow wow! The unique facilities built by stone, which is harmony with nature, plants, and the sea. Breathtaking of the sunset you can watch from your room. The food is great. There's a live duo band on Saturday. They are friendly and entertaining. Exceptional staff team and services. I recommend Mason Pattaya to be your next tryout to stay it will be a joyous time of your life.

This should have been a highlight of our trip.....But unfortunately it fell short to our expectations, there just seemed to be too many small issues regarding our stay at the Mason for example : The wording of the PRIVATE POOL was NOT PRIVATE at all. The first villa we were allocated , our Pool side was overlooked by the bar & restaurant from above, we were also two feet away from the service store room located on ground level in addition we were in close proximity to the store room.( Noise Level )We asked to be moved, we were, BUT the POOL was still been overlooked by a large tower block.Then we were informed that there would be construction from 11 am to 3pm !!! However MASON boasted a very compliant sustainability designed Hotel , but yet the volume of water required to fill the almost sized Olympic bath in the bathroom would not meet any criteria.etc..

The villa is beautiful, designed in a modern and comfortable style with a sea view. The pool has moderate privacy. The restaurant serves delicious meals at reasonable prices. The large pool overlooks the sea with very beautiful sunset view.the staff friendly and welcoming

‏We requested a late checkout which was not approved, but we were given the opportunity to use the main pool, restaurants and bathrooms until late hours.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Location is good, about 20mins by car outside Pattaya center. The facilities are nice, especially the sky pool (but I thought it was very weird the pool only opens at 11am! I mean you can go to the pool before but there is just no one there and the sofas are all still covered). We had a garden villa which was spacious; huge bathroom, big shower, double sink etc. Amazing views

Service is below average and certainly not 5 star level. Wanted to check in at 2:30 but were told check in is at 3pm only.. went ahead and checked out the property by ourselves and were approached by a receptionist who told us the room was ready, so we told her we'll get back to her. 20mins later we go to reception to pick up the key for our room and were escorted to the villa only to realize the luggage was still at reception and would be 'delivered later'. Not acceptable, but ok no big deal. Once inside the villa the receptionist asked us when we'd like to have turn down service... ha? Weird.. We ordered room service once (two salads) and the tray that was delivered included 2 salads, 2 forks and 2 spoons and 1 napkin (??), no bread, no butter no water, no flowers.. nothing. Definitely not 5 star quality. Food was very disappointing especially the breakfast buffet. Not enough variety and quality is quite bad, that's why we ate out most of the time. It's a pity since the property itself is quite nice, but the service is bad and the food quality as well. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, just 10 minutes further down the road. Price is the same but service and food are excellent!

Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section.The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.

Certain issues with the bathtub requiring about 45 minutes to fix (they sent a technician) and a broken umbrella. However, it was not a major issue.The room was sometimes not that private as people could see us when they were walking up the stairs into their villa in front of us

Breakfast and the bbq seafood dinner were awesome. Staff were really nice and helpful!

The private pool and green view. The hotel facilities are also fantastic. There are many complimentary desserts, activities etc. although we didn’t try them, we are happy that they offer them.

The location is bit far from the main city, and nothing (restaurants/massages/shopping centres)nearby. Can take Grab/Bolt but have to wait for the drivers.

Everything. The room was big with all the things you might need. Even a wine bar. The service was exceptional.

If you like good architecture then this is the hotel for you. Every aspect of the architecture has been thought out. Strong lines weave in with lush nature to create a curated but natural experience. Every villa has a pool but the view from the ocean villas make them particularly special. The staff here are the biggest highlight.

We weren't hugely taken with Pattaya City. If you've come for a romantic getaway, check out Bang Saray instead, or better yet don't even leave the hotel (trust me, you won't want to!). The hotel feels very far away from the main city so you could be anywhere really, plus the hotel has a private beach.

All the staff and the security guards were very nice. The design of the villa was cool and private. The pool inside the villa was warm. Their shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were so good comparing to what other hotels would give, I even bought the whole set to bring back home.? In general, everything was super nice.

staff and manager is too bad and the food made poisoned from the food and I stayed the whole night at the hospital and it was the worst night in my life which it suppose to be one of the best day cuz it’s our anniversary and the didn’t help us or did it bother them self to do any thing

Stylish, yet low key. Staff were incredibly helpful. An utterly relaxing 48hr getaway when we never left the hotel.

the architecture was great!

they cheapened the architecture a bit by adding these fake flower “pyramids” and lantern lights along glass railings. they also played lounge house music too loud, and had competing tracks you could hear at the main house pool (one track list at the pool competing with the bar track list)
